This chunky bacon comes from either end of the cured pork belly after the more uniformly sized pieces are sliced and packaged. They are extra flavourful because they absorb extra brine and smoke, but there can be a variety of sizes of both chunks and slices, so you can chop, cube or slice, depending on what you're preparing!
Like all of our pork, the meat used to make our bacon is certified organic.
