Our online store is always open, with orders packed on-farm for scheduled pickup routes across the Okanagan, Shuswap, Thompson, and Kootenay regions.

Ordering from Fresh Valley Farms is simple and flexible. Our online store is always open, and orders are packed for scheduled pickup locations across the Okanagan, Shuswap, Thompson, and Kootenay regions. Armstrong and Vernon customers also have the option of home delivery.

We raise and process our food on our certified organic farm in Armstrong-Spallumcheen, BC, and sell directly so you receive the freshest meat and pantry goods we produce.

Step 1. Choose Items to Order

All orders are placed through our online store. The online ordering portal is updated regularly as new products become available throughout the season. If you don’t have an account to order with yet, you can register for a new account here.

You won’t pay until after we pack your order and send you a final invoice via email. Many of our meat products are priced by the pound, with an average weight listed so you can estimate your total. Because every cut of meat is unique, your final price is calculated only after we pack and weigh your specific items.

Step 2. Choose a pickup location or delivery

As you select items to add to your cart, you will be prompted to select a pickup location or choose home delivery. Pickup locations are offered across the Okanagan and beyond, including Armstrong, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Kelowna, Kamloops, Penticton, Chase, and Nelson. Customers in Armstrong or Vernon may also choose home delivery.

Only locations that are currently scheduled and accepting orders will be visible. If a location does not appear, it means that an upcoming pickup date is not yet scheduled for that location. Nelson orders open approximately four weeks before each delivery date.

Step 3. Place your order

Once your cart is ready and you’ve selected your pickup/delivery location and date, it’s time to submit your order.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email with pickup details. If your order includes weight-based meat, the total shown is an estimate only.

Do not send payment yet. Your final price is calculated after we process your order and weigh your specific items.

Step 4. We pack your order

We process your order before your scheduled pickup or delivery day. We’ll select your cuts and weigh your items. Then we’ll pack your fresh items, frozen items, and any pantry foods you’ve ordered.

Once your order is packed, we’ll email you a final invoice with the exact total.

Step 5. Payment

Please pay before your scheduled pickup or delivery. You can find your order cost on the final order invoice email sent once your order has been processed on the farm.

E-transfer is preferred. Send payment to info@freshvalleyfarms.ca, and add your order number in the message field if possible.

Credit card payment will be added soon and will include a processing fee.

Cheque and cash are also accepted at most pickup locations. If you plan to pay with cash, please bring exact change for Armstrong on-farm pickup, as change is not available.

Home delivery orders must be paid by e-transfer or credit card.

Step 6. Pickup or delivery day

Pickup is designed to be quick and easy. When you arrive:

  • Look for the Fresh Valley Farms truck, van, or tent
  • Give your name as listed on your order
  • Collect your labeled order
  • Confirm everything is correct

Exact instructions vary slightly by location and are included in your confirmation email.

For home delivery, your order will arrive during the delivery window you chose at checkout.

On delivery day:

  • Leave a cooler with ice packs at your doorstep if you will not be home.
  • If you live in an apartment building, the driver will buzz your unit.
  • If you are not home, your order will be left safely at your exterior door.

You will receive confirmation of your scheduled delivery date and time in your order email.
