Product availability
All products depend on season, butchering schedules, and current inventory. Items may sell out at any time.
Weights listed online are estimates. Actual product weight will vary and final pricing is based on the exact weight packed.
Ordering and payment
- Orders are placed online through Local Line.
- No payment is collected at checkout.
- After packing your order, we will calculate your final total and send an invoice.
- Payment is made by e-transfer unless otherwise arranged.
Orders not paid by the due date may be cancelled.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup or delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders on time.
Missed pickups may require rescheduling and may result in additional fees.
Returns and refunds
For food safety reasons, meat products cannot be returned.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to provide accurate information, safe products, and reliable service. However, Fresh Valley Farms is not liable for:
