We offer free delivery to pick-up locations across the Okanagan Valley, Shuswap, Thompson, and Kootenay regions. Choose the location closest to you and collect your certified organic, pasture-raised meat order.
Armstrong Pickup Point
1346 Mountain View Road, Spallumcheen (outside of Armstrong)
Armstrong pickups generally take place right at the farm every Tuesday afternoon. When you arrive, you’ll find your order labeled and ready for self-serve pickup. Look for your name, grab your bags, and you’re on your way. This is our easiest and most flexible pickup option for local customers. Customers in Armstrong & Spallumcheen can also choose home delivery.
Vernon Pickup Point
3309 26th Street, Vernon (East Hill)
Vernon pickups happen in the East Hill neighborhood once every two weeks. Look for our delivery van! Vernon customers can also choose home delivery.
Salmon Arm Pickup Point
2701 11th Ave NE, Salmon Arm (Uptown Askew’s during the All-Organic Farmers’ Market)
Our Salmon Arm pickups take place at the All-Organic Farmers’ Market, held in the plaza in front of the main entrance to Uptown Askew’s. Look for our delivery van, which will be parked near the central plaza. We will have your order packed, labeled, and ready when you arrive.
Kelowna Pickup Point
2424 Mayer Road, Kelowna (Helen’s Acres Community Farm)
Kelowna pickups are held at Helen’s Acres Community Farm on Mayer Road.
West Kelowna Pickup Point
3623 Glencoe Rd, West Kelowna, BC (Off the Grid Organic Winery)
West Kelowna pickups are held monthly at Off the Grid Organic Winery on Glencoe Road.
Kamloops Pickup Point
Pickups in Kamloops happen on Douglas Street. We will be parked and ready at the scheduled time. Orders are handed out directly from our truck or delivery van.
Chase Pickup Point
5848 VLA Road, Chase, BC (Golden Ears Farm)
Pickups in Chase happen at Golden Ears Farm on VLA Road.
Revelstoke Pickup Point (Under Consideration)
111 MacKenzie Ave, Revelstoke (Revelstoke Farmers’ Market)
Our Revelstoke pickups, if feasible, will take place at the Farmers’ Market on MacKenzie Avenue. Please let us know if you are interested in a potential Revelstoke pickup point!
Penticton Pickup Point
100 Block of Main Street (Penticton Farmers’ Market) or 1475 Fairview Road, Penticton (Cannery Trade Centre)
For customers in the South Okanagan, our Penticton pickup point is at the Penticton Farmers’ Market from April to October and at the Cannery Trade Centre from November to March.
Nelson Pickup Point
305 Hall Street, Nelson (Hall Street Car Charger)
Our Nelson pickup happens on Hall Street near the Electric Vehicle Chargers near the Rec. Centre. Please arrive promptly within the scheduled time, as this is our tightest delivery route.
Payment
We’ll email your final invoice after we weigh and pack your order. Please pay before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
E-transfer is preferred. Send payment to info@freshvalleyfarms.ca, and add your order number in the message field if possible.
Credit card payment will be added soon and will include a processing fee.
Cheque and cash are also accepted at most pickup locations. If you plan to pay with cash, please bring exact change for Armstrong on-farm pickup, as change is not available.
Home delivery orders must be paid by e-transfer or credit card.
