Fresh Valley Farms offers scheduled pickup locations throughout the Okanagan Valley, and occasional delivery depending on season and route availability.

Pickup locations
We typically run regular pickup points in:
- Kamloops
- Salmon Arm
- Armstrong
- Vernon
- Kelowna
- Penticton
- Chase
- Nelson
- Revelstoke
Pickup times and dates are listed during checkout and in your order confirmation.
Pickup procedure
- Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.
- Bring a cooler if possible to maintain proper temperature.
- If you cannot make your time slot, email us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative. Rescheduling is not always available.
Missed pickups may result in your order being cancelled or donated, depending on the product and timing.
Delivery
Delivery may be available on select dates. Delivery fees, minimums, and availability will be shown during checkout.
We are not responsible for spoilage or theft if delivery instructions provided by the customer are unsafe or inaccurate.
Order accuracy and weight
Weights shown online are estimates. Actual weights are recorded at packing using our scale system. Your final invoice reflects the exact weight of each item.
Storage & handling
Once transferred to the customer, the safe storage and handling of meat products becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly.
