The Historic Guesthouse (Sleeps up to 16)
A thoughtfully renovated 1914 Arts + Crafts home with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a chef-ready kitchen, private pool and hot tub, and gathering spaces designed for comfort and ease. Perfect for multi-family vacations, retreats, and extended stays. This is our flagship rental and the heart of many weddings and special events on the farm.
A working regenerative farm
Your stay places you in the middle of a living, breathing farm ecosystem. Fresh Valley Farms is a Certified Organic, pasture-based livestock farm where cattle, pigs, and poultry are raised using rotational grazing, ecological stewardship, and species-appropriate care.
During longer stays, guests may be able to join a guided farm tour, offered for groups staying four nights or more. These tours share how regenerative farming works, how we care for the land, and how wildlife, livestock, and people all play a role in this landscape.

Which parts of the property can we use?
Guests may enjoy the pool, hot tub, lawn, and whichever dwellings are included in the reservation. Please stay within the designated guest areas and off the active farm fields.
Can we invite extra people?
Only registered guests may use the spaces unless you have pre-approval. This is a quiet property, not a party venue.
Do you allow camping?
No tents or RVs are allowed.
What about noise?
Music and outdoor noise must end by 10pm per local bylaws.
Are there trails?
Yes, and some begin right from the yard. Please ask before exploring.
Is there wildlife?
Yes. You may see coyotes, bears, deer, and many birds. Please store food properly.
Can we take a farm tour?
