Fresh Valley Farms offers occasional pickup dates in Nelson for customers in the West Kootenay.
This pickup is scheduled a few times per year and is ideal for customers who want to stock up on farm products when we are in the area. Nelson ordering opens 4 weeks before delivery.

This pickup takes place near the electric vehicle chargers by the Nelson Recreation Centre.

Pickup window is occasional, every once in a while
Because this is part of a longer delivery route, the pickup window is short and timing is important.
Pickup dates and time slots are shown inside our online store.
To view the current schedule for a specific pickup point, start by adding any item to your cart. You do not need to log in or create an account to do this. Please note that pickup schedules are not shown until you begin building a cart.
Once an item is in your cart, a sidebar will appear asking you to choose Pickup or Delivery. Select Pickup, then choose your preferred pickup location. After that, the store will show the upcoming available pickup dates and time slots for that location.
This is the best place to see the most current schedule, since pickup dates and times can change. Your confirmation email will always note your exact pickup date and time.

How Nelson pickups work
All orders must be placed online in advance.
When you arrive, look for our farm vehicle parked near the EV chargers. Orders are handed out directly during the scheduled window.
Please arrive promptly within the pickup time, as this is our tightest and most time-sensitive stop.

Our preferred payment method is e-transfer sent before pickup to: info@freshvalleyfarms.ca.
Cheque or cash payment may be accepted at pickup.
