Our Vernon pickup is a convenient option for customers in Vernon who want to collect their Fresh Valley Farms order without travelling out to the farm (see more info about on-farm pickups in Armstrong). Our Vernon-based customers can also choose delivery straight to your house via our partnership with Nature Delivered.

This pickup happens at a residential location in East Hill. You will see our Fresh Valley Farms delivery van parked in the driveway during the pickup window.
Pickup schedule
Pickup window: Every second Wednesday, 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Pickups run on a bi-weekly schedule. Upcoming dates will be shown in the ordering portal of the online store. Your confirmation email will always note your exact pickup date and time.
To view the current schedule for a specific pickup point, start by adding any item to your cart. You do not need to log in or create an account to do this. Please note that pickup schedules are not shown until you begin building a cart.
Once an item is in your cart, a sidebar will appear asking you to choose Pickup or Delivery. Select Pickup, then choose your preferred pickup location. After that, the store will show the upcoming available pickup dates and time slots for that location.
This is the best place to see the most current schedule, since pickup dates and times can change.

How the Vernon meat order pickup works
When you arrive, look for the Fresh Valley Farms truck.
If space allows, please park directly behind the truck. This helps keep the street clear and ensures that customers can move through the pickup efficiently.
Orders are packed in advance and handed out directly from the truck. Please have your name ready so we can locate your order quickly.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is e-transfer sent before pickup to info@freshvalleyfarms.ca.
You are also welcome to pay at pickup by cheque or cash.
