Feed matters. Our turkeys are fed a certified organic diet and rotated regularly onto clean ground. Processing matters too. Our turkeys are processed in small batches on our farm, handled carefully, and frozen at peak quality when needed. Seasonal availability & Storage

Turkey is a seasonal product for us, and availability reflects how it is raised. Most whole turkeys are offered as pre-orders around key dates, then processed and frozen at peak quality. Freezing allows us to harvest birds at the right time for animal welfare and meat quality while giving customers flexibility on when they cook them. Frozen turkey also locks in freshness and makes planning easier for holidays and events.

You will see size ranges rather than exact weights. Because our turkeys are pasture raised and grow at natural rates, each bird is a little different. We group birds by weight range so you can choose what fits your needs without forcing uniformity. This is a normal part of working with real animals instead of industrial production.

Cuts and specialty items are available more sporadically. Breasts, thighs, wings, ground turkey, bones, and organ meats depend on processing schedules and whole-bird demand. Bones, necks, and feet are excellent for broth and tend to sell quickly, so it helps to stock up when they are available.

Storage is simple. Keep frozen turkey solidly frozen until a few days before cooking, then thaw slowly in the refrigerator. Once thawed, treat it like fresh poultry and cook promptly.
