Fresh Valley Farms offers home delivery in Armstrong through our partnership with Nature Delivered. This option is for Armstrong-based customers who prefer to receive their order directly at their door rather than coming to our weekly on-farm pickup.
ARmstrong Delivery area
We offer home delivery to in-town addresses in Armstrong as well as much of Spallumcheen and select nearby North Okanagan neighbourhoods.
To confirm whether we deliver to your address, please visit our online store. Add any item to your cart to bring up the Pickup & Delivery Options panel. Select Delivery Options and enter your address.
If your address is within our delivery zone, delivery details will appear at the bottom of the page. You will see the delivery fee and available upcoming delivery dates.
If your address is outside our service area, a message will appear stating: “Sorry, we do not deliver to this address.”
If you are unsure whether your address falls within the delivery zone, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery day and time
Upcoming delivery dates and time windows are shown directly in our online store.
To view delivery options, add any item to your cart. This will open the Pickup & Delivery Options panel. Select Delivery Options and enter your address. If delivery is available to you, the system will display the delivery fee and a button to choose your preferred upcoming delivery date and time.
If you are not home, your order will be left safely at your front exterior door. Nature Delivered recommends leaving a cooler at your doorstep to keep your order fresh if you are not home during the delivery window.
How Armstrong home delivery works
Place your order through our online store and choose the Delivery option when prompted. You will see the available delivery dates and time windows before you confirm your order.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled delivery date.
Orders are packed fresh on the farm. Once your items have been weighed, you’ll be sent a final invoice. Please pay via e-transfer to info@freshvalleyfarms.ca or make alternative payment arrangements with us.
Armstrong home delivery is handled by our trusted delivery partner, Nature Delivered.
On delivery day, your order will be brought directly to your home. If you are not home, we recommend leaving a cooler containing ice packs at your doorstep. Your order will be placed inside the cooler to keep everything cold and protected.
If you live in an apartment or gated building, we will buzz your unit. If there is no answer, the order will be placed at the main entrance or at your door where access allows. Please include any special access details when placing your order.
If there is an issue with delivery, our team or the delivery driver will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Our preferred payment method is e-transfer sent before delivery to info@freshvalleyfarms.ca.

Armstrong home delivery supports customers throughout the Armstrong-Spallumcheen area and surrounding areas in the North Okanagan.
If you prefer an in-person option, you’re very welcome to come pick up your order right from the farm during our weekly On-Farm Pickup. We’re located in Spallumcheen, about a 5 minute drive north of Armstrong.
