Fresh Valley Farms offers a regular pickup location in Kelowna for customers across the Central Okanagan. This location is ideal for Kelowna-area customers looking for Certified Organic, pasture-raised meat, eggs, and farm products without the need to drive to the farm in Spallumcheen.

Pickups take place on the driveway at Helen’s Acres on Mayer Road.

Pickup window: Every Second Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm
Pickup dates and time slots are shown inside our online store.
To view the current schedule for a specific pickup point, start by adding any item to your cart. You do not need to log in or create an account to do this. Please note that pickup schedules are not shown until you begin building a cart.
Once an item is in your cart, a sidebar will appear asking you to choose Pickup or Delivery. Select Pickup, then choose your preferred pickup location. After that, the store will show the upcoming available pickup dates and time slots for that location.
This is the best place to see the most current schedule, since pickup dates and times can change. Your confirmation email will always note your exact pickup date and time.

How Kelowna pickups work
All orders must be placed online in advance.
When you arrive, your order will be packed, labeled, and ready for pickup. Look for our vehicle and signage, then collect your order during the pickup window.
To keep traffic flowing smoothly, please park on the right-hand side of the sloped driveway. This allows room for other customers to arrive and depart safely.

Our preferred payment method is e-transfer sent before pickup to: info@freshvalleyfarms.ca.
Cheque or cash payment at pickup may be accepted if arranged ahead of time.
