Looking ahead to our 2025 open farm day at Fresh Valley Farms!
Open Farm Day is one of our favorite days of the year. It is our chance to slow down, open the gates, and invite the community onto the land that feeds so many families.
On Sunday, July 6, we are hosting our annual Fresh Valley Farms Open Farm Day at the farm in Armstrong. If you have ever wondered how a regenerative organic farm works, or you simply want a relaxed summer outing with your family, this day is for you.
What to expect on July 6, 2025
This year’s Open Farm Day is designed to be simple, welcoming, and hands-on.
Guests are invited to walk the farm with us, learn how we raise Certified Organic livestock, and see how regenerative practices show up on the ground. We will be offering guided farm tours throughout the day, sharing how grazing, fencing, soil health, and animals all work together.
There will also be a mini farmers’ market, featuring local vendors and farm products, and plenty of space to picnic, wander, and spend time outdoors. Bring a blanket, bring the kids, and take your time.
Tickets include a delicious farm-made sausage on a bun, and help us manage numbers so the day stays relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.
A day built for families and curious eaters
Open Farm Day is not a festival. It is a farm day.
That means real fields, real animals, and real conversations. Kids are welcome. Questions are encouraged. You might leave with muddy shoes, a full belly, and a better understanding of where your food comes from.
Whether you are a longtime customer or visiting the farm for the first time, this day is about connection. Connection to land. Connection to food. Connection to the people growing it.

Tickets are required and available online. Each ticket includes a sausage on a bun.
