Simple pantry foods, grown with care and meant to be used often. Our pantry collection features raw honey, heirloom popcorn, organic cornmeal, and organic dry beans, sourced from trusted producers who share our farmland.
Raw Local Honey

Raw Local Honey – 1 KG Jar
Raw, unpasteurized local honey from Wild Antho. Smooth, floral, and naturally crystallizing, this everyday size is perfect for tea, baking, and drizzling on toast or yogurt.

Raw Local Honey – 3 KG Tub
A larger format of the same raw, unpasteurized local honey from Wild Antho. Ideal for families, frequent bakers, and preserving season, with the same rich flavour and natural texture.
Our raw honey from Wild Antho is harvested locally and handled with care so it keeps its natural flavor, enzymes, and texture. Emily & Shayne move the bees around select areas like organic farms (including ours) to coincide with local blooming. What you taste is the season, the forage, and the work of the bees.
This honey comes straight from the hive and is strained only to remove large particles. That light touch helps preserve the natural characteristics people look for in raw honey, including its depth of flavor and gentle sweetness. It may crystallize over time. That is normal and a sign it has not been over-processed.
We offer raw honey in sizes for everyday use and for stocking the pantry. Use it in tea, baking, marinades, or simply by the spoonful. It pairs naturally with yogurt, cheese, and simple meals made from whole ingredients.
Farm-Grown Organic Heirloom Popcorn & Cornmeal

Amish Butter Popcorn
Heirloom ‘Amish Butter’ popping corn (dried kernels) grown at Fresh Valley Farms.

Heirloom Blue Cornmeal
Heirloom ‘Montana Morado’ fresh-milled blue cornmeal grown at Fresh Valley Farms.
These pantry staples are grown locally by Unearthed Organics right here at Fresh Valley Farms. Jordan focuses on heirloom corn varieties selected for flavour, texture, and performance in the kitchen, not industrial shelf life. The result is popcorn that pops big, fluffy, and tender, and organic cornmeal that tastes alive.
Our heirloom Amish Butter popcorn traces its roots back to the 1800s and produces bright white kernels with a rich, classic popcorn taste. It is a true local snack crop, grown, dried, and packed close to home.
Our organic blue cornmeal is fresh-milled from Montana Morado corn. It produces a soft, tender meal ideal for cornbread, pancakes, and polenta, with a deeper flavour and natural colour you cannot get from shelf-stable cornmeal. Because it is whole-milled, we recommend storing it in the freezer to preserve quality.
Farm-Grown Organic Beans

Organic Dried Cranberry Beans
Heirloom Italian cranberry ‘Borlotti’ beans grown at Fresh Valley Farms.

Organic Dried Purgatory Beans
Heirloom Italian white ‘Purgatory’ beans grown at Fresh Valley Farms.
The beans we sell are grown right here at Fresh Valley Farms by Unearthed Organics. These are certified organic, heirloom dry beans selected for flavour, texture, and performance in the kitchen, not for industrial processing or long-distance storage.
Because these beans are freshly harvested and carefully dried, they cook faster and more evenly than most store-bought dry beans. Many customers are surprised to learn that soaking overnight is often unnecessary. Fresh beans hydrate more easily, produce a richer broth, and hold their shape beautifully once cooked.
Our cranberry (borlotti) beans are thin-skinned and creamy, making them ideal for soups, stews, baked dishes, and anything where you want the cooking liquid to matter. The purgatory beans are an Italian heirloom listed on Slow Food International’s Ark of Taste. They have a smooth, elegant texture and stay intact after cooking, which makes them especially good for salads, braises, and simple bean-forward meals.
These beans reward simple cooking. A slow oven braise with water or stock, a bit of salt, and optional herbs or pork brings out their full character. One 12-ounce bag yields roughly five to six cups of cooked beans, making them both economical and deeply satisfying. This is pantry food grown with intention, meant to be cooked often and enjoyed fully.
